Pricing Structure
All services are billed based on agreed packages or custom quotations provided before work begins.
Payment Terms
- A minimum of 50% upfront payment is required before commencement
- The remaining balance is due upon completion or as per agreed milestones
- Recurring services are billed monthly in advance
Late Payments
Payments overdue by 5–7 days may lead to service suspension
Refund Policy
- Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Partial refunds may be considered only if work has not started
Service Suspension
- Bakla Ltd reserves the right to:
- Pause services
- Withhold deliverables
- Terminate agreements due to non-payment
Currency & Charges
- Clients are responsible for:
- Bank charges
- Transaction fees Applicable taxes
