We do not guarantee sales, revenue, or lead generation. Results vary depending on market conditions, competition, customer behavior, pricing, and internal business processes.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Approve content within agreed timelines
  • Respond to inquiries or leads promptly
  • Maintain quality products or services

Bakla Ltd is not responsible for business performance affected by internal client operations.

Revisions & Approvals

  • Services include a limited number of revisions
  • Additional revisions may attract extra charges
  • Delayed approvals may affect delivery timelines

Intellectual Property

  • All deliverables remain property of Bakla Ltd until full payment is made
  • Ownership transfers to the client upon full payment
  • Bakla Ltd reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio purposes
  • Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect any confidential information shared during the engagement.

Third-Party Platforms

Bakla Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Social media algorithm changes
  • Platform downtime or outages
  • Account restrictions, suspensions, or bans

Advertising Disclaimer

  • Advertising budgets are separate from service fees
  • Bakla Ltd does not guarantee return on investment (ROI)
  • Campaign performance depends on external factors beyond our control
  • Service Commitment

Bakla Ltd aims to:

  • Respond within 24–48 working hours
  • Deliver services within agreed timelines
  • Provide reports where applicable

Limitation of Liability

  • Bakla Ltd is not liable for:
  • Loss of revenue or profits
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the most recent billing period.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice
  • No refunds for completed or ongoing work
  • Outstanding balances must be cleared before termination is finalized

Uncontrollable Events

Bakla Ltd is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including internet outages, power failures, government actions, or third-party system issues.
